Hi, I'm Jen!
Fertility Coach, Certified Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner, Author of the book, The Injustice of Infertility, Co-Author of This is….Pregnancy after Infertility and Loss, and Becoming Whole Again.
I am also the proud mum of two beautiful earthside babies, who were the result of a 7-year battle through infertility, IVF, surrogacy and multiple pregnancy losses.
And because of that, I know how daunting it is to finally be pregnant, but too scared to celebrate or truly enjoy it.
I felt completely alone on my path to motherhood. I couldn't share my TRUE feelings with my loved ones, because I didn't want them to worry. And while they tried to support me, they could never say the "right thing".
I needed someone to guide me through the journey, and to speak with others who knew EXACTLY what I was going through.
Which is why I created Your Pregnancy Haven, a safe space for women who are navigating their way through pregnancy after loss. A place where you feel nurtured, seen, and prepared for the conflicting emotions that come up on this path - from the moment you find out you’re pregnant, through birth, and post-partum.
