Learn practical tools and techniques to reduce your anxiety, so you can find moments of peace and joy in your pregnancy.

Are you living inside the stress cycle?

You've experienced a loss before, so your mind is constantly moving to the worst case scenario. You are on hyperalert, monitoring for anything that could go wrong, which is exhausting.

And when you’re exhausted, this leads to more intrusive thoughts, because you have less ability to manage your mindset, which leads to more stress and anxiety. And now you're worried about the impact that stress is having on your baby...so now you're you're stressed about being stressed!

Would you like to have a calmer pregnancy?

A pregnancy where:

You're able to move yourself through the stressors that will undoubtedly come up, with confidence and ease.

You spend less time ruminating (and googling), so you can do the things you want to be doing, like reading a book or going for a walk.

You have the energy and mental capacity to feel hopeful, and you can lean into those moments by buying that little outfit you've been eyeing off.

You have moments of peace inside your mind, and can actually get a good night's sleep, instead of tossing and turning.

Join us on 28th October for an interactive workshop.
